Hotel Policies/Booking Terms:
These are general hotel policies for Regency Court Hotel.
As they may vary per room type; please also check the room description.
Arrival: On Arrival guests are requested to arrive no earlier than 2.00pm (unless other wise arranged).
Departure:
Guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by 10am on the day of departure.
Cancellation: Please note, if cancelled, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the first night of the reservation will be charged.
Prepayment: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
Taxes and service charges: VAT inclusive rates quoted
Children and extra beds: Free! All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed.
Accepted credit cards:
Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Wi-Fi Access: if you require access through our Wi-Fi services there is a £10 a day charge for this.
